Bylaws Matter
Independent of which LD1 Bylaws you accept, as an LD we need to get back to our core Objectives within the District. LDs are setup in a Federated manner on purpose meant to act autonomously for the best interests of the locality. Let's focus on helping LD11 turn Red!
The objectives of the District are simple and straightforward:
- To elect Republican legislators in District 11;
- To elect Republican candidates at all levels;
- To promote an informed electorate through political education;
- To foster loyalty to the Republican Party and to maintain and promote its principles;
- To increase the effectiveness of Republican workers in the cause of good government through active political participation;
- To promote Republican awareness and support Republican appointments to appointed offices, commissions, and committees, at all levels.
Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised shall govern this District in all matters of procedure not covered in these Bylaws.
Meaning, the LD11 Board should just faithfully execute to their stated duties and serve the LD11 body.

Restoration of and Fidelity to Proper Order
How do we heal?
There is a path forward, and it is to honor and respect proper order.
- Support the LD11 Executive Board.
- Educate PCs on their proper elected duties and put any PC willing to work according to their individual strengths and abilities.
- Adhere to fair and faithful execution to rules of order
- Form many committees to capitalize on our body's strengths.
- Focus on promoting Republican values and electing Republican candidates across LD11!

Laughter is the best medicine.
Reach out to fellow PCs. Get to know them personally and individually.
To grow in unity, we need to learn to respect and appreciate each other - and not take ourselves too seriously in the process!
We will all make mistakes.
We will all disagree at some point in time.
And that is ok!
We can disagree without being disagreeable.
And at the end of the day, what really matters?
Faith.
Family.
Freedom.
